After an exchange year in Mannheim, I have to leave my room in a super 3 person apartment share in the Quadrate from June 20. The room is totally furnished with:
- A big wardrobe
- A sofa bed of 1 or 2 places
- A desk with a chair
- 2 bedside tables
There is also a washing machine in the apartment.
The flat has a perfect setting. It is located in the Quadrate, in S6 just next to the national theater. Tram lines number 7, 5 and 2 are 2 minutes’ walk away from the flat.
The University is 15 minutes walks away from the apartment, 5 minutes by bicycle or 10 minutes by bus or tram.
There is also a Rewe and an Aldi (5 minutes by foot).
There is also a courtyard where you can park your bike.
The flat is located in a very quiet but dynamic area with a lot of restaurants, the proximity to LuisenPark and to the Neckar are also very attractive.
The roommates are really nice and helpful. One is a Moldavian guy and the other one is Egyptian. They both speak German.
