Spacious room located in the city center in a 4-bedroom apartment, the room is fully furnished with a big double bed, desk, lamp, 2 chairs, closet, full-length mirror, multiple storage units and I will leave behind all my bedding etc. if needed. (so pretty much all the necessities are included). The kitchen comes with multiple fridge-freezers and a dishwasher along with basic cooking apparatus.
Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für vier Leute und ist bestens ausgestattet. In der Küche hat es neben Herd und Backofen auch noch Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer etc. :) Zudem haben wir dort einen kleinen Tisch hingestellt, an dem gemütlich gemeinsam gegessen werden kann.
Badezimmer und Toilette sind getrennt, wobei das Bad erst vor zwei Jahren renoviert und neu gefliest wurde. Für warm Wasser sorgt ein Durchlauferhitzer, sodass immer ausreichend für vier Leute vorhanden ist :) Im gesamten Wohnbereich liegt schönes Laminat, Küche, WC und Bad sind hingegen gefliest. Im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung haben wir eine große Couch.
Zudem gibt es eine kleine Abstellkammer für Staubsauger etc.
The apartment is in a very convenient location: it is only a 15-minute walk to the university and the closest tram stops are within a 5-minute walk. There are also 2 big supermarkets (Rewe and Aldi) on the same street and another one (Penny) two blocks down from the apartment. Right around the corner as well is Zimmer and Disco Zwei and it is a very straight forward walk to Jungbusch for the nightlife there too.
Das Haus befindet sich in S6, also mitten in den Quadraten, und ist bestens gelegen. Zur Uni braucht man zu Fuß etwa 10-15 Minuten, zu Aldi und Rewe sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Ebenso befindet sich einen Block weiter ein Baumarkt. Auch zur Straßenbahn braucht man zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.
