Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein helles, modernes Zimmer. Mit seinen 26qm bietet es viel Platz für eine individuelle Einrichtung. Es besitzt einen Balkon, auf dem man laue Abende ausklingen lassen kann. Das Zimmer ist momentan noch mit Möbeln bestückt, wird jedoch ohne Möbel übernommen.
Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen. In 3 Minuten erreicht man den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Mit diesem gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Es befindet sich ein REWE 250 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Neben modernen Clubs gibt es einige Bars, welche sich in Laufdistanz befinden. Die Wohnung befindet sich also absolut im Zentrum Mannheims.
Das Wg Leben ist uns allen sehr wichtig. Ein offener Umgang ist somit das A und O. Gerne kochen wir zusammen und trinken das ein oder andere Bier miteinander. Deswegen ist es uns wichtig, dass du nicht nur eine Zweck-Wg suchst. Natürlich hast du auch deine Privatsphäre und keiner zwingt dich dazu irgendwo mitzumachen.
