Da ich seit 7 Monaten fest angestellt in Frankfurt bin, werde ich nach Frankfurt umziehen und mein WG-Zimmer in Mannheim aufgeben. Ich wohne in der Wohnung seit fast 5 Jahren.
Das Zimmer ist das erste Zimmer links in der Wohnung und hat zwei große Fenster. Ich beschreibe das Zimmer als teilmöbliert, weil ich vorhabe ein Sofa hier zu lassen. Es gibt keine Abstandszahlung dafür. Alle andere Möbel nehme ich mit.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral in Mannheim in der Nähe vom Paradeplatz und Marktplatz. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß und 10 Minuten mit ÖPNV. Drei Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind nur 4 bis 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
Ein Mitbewohner ist frisch eingezogen und der andere ist noch nicht eingezogen.
Die Küche und das Bad wurden in 2014 renoviert und sehen immer noch relativ neu aus.
Bad und WC sind getrennt.
Es gibt eine Abstandszahlung für die folgende Geräte, die zu der WG gehören:
Waschmaschine: 50 Euro
Staubsauger: 30 Euro
Kaffeemaschine: 25 Euro
Insgesamt: 105 Euro
Die Geräte sind neu.
