Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG
Zimmer in B1, direkt am Schloss Mannheim / an der Universität, da ich jetzt mit meinem Studium hier fertig bin!
Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und voll ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist hell, ca. 12 qm2 groß, möbliert und kostet warm 350. Die meisten Möbel, inklusive Bett und Matratze, bleiben im zimmer und sollten für eine Abschlagszahlung übernommen werden.
In der WG wohnen noch ein Soziologie Student sowie ein Wirtschaftsmathe Student, beide von der Uni Ma. :) die beiden sind super nett und freuen sich auf einen coolen neuen Mitbewohner.

Ein Einzug wäre auch zum 15.07 oder 01.08 möglich.
Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle befindet sich quasi direkt vor der Tür und ist somit in einer Minute zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie einen Rewe-City, Aldi, Netto, Etc. Auch die Planken zum Shoppen sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
