Lovely UNFURNISHED room!!!!!!
In our house (a complete single-family house), there has been a room available since (see below), so you can move in at any time. Your future room is approximately 15sqm. It has windows on both sides, making it bright. You will also have your personal walk in closet. The room is UNFURNISHED!!!!
Common areas:
The kitchen invites for shared meals or just chatting. We have a dishwasher, which makes life much easier. The small stove there saved us on heating costs last winter, not to mention the solar panels on the roof, for which we are grateful. Adjoining the kitchen is a small “party room.” The sofa there is perfect for chilling. Moving on to the living room, with two very cozy sofas overlooking the balcony and garden. It’s great for relaxing with roommates or friends. The balcony has a grill, overlooking the garden.The basement has a workshop and a laundry room with enough space for several clothes racks. We have space for additional items if needed.☺️
The house is in Neckarstadt-West, with the 60 bus stop right outside, going to the main station via Jungbusch. It takes about 10 minutes to reach the castle. The tram, lines 1 and 3, is about 3 minutes away, reaching the city center in about 15 minutes. The connection is good even at night. Neckarstadt-West offers good and free parking options.
Shopping:
Aldi is a 5-minute walk away, while Penny and Kaufland are about 15 minutes away. Two nearby gas stations are available for urgent needs at night or on Sundays. Down the street, there’s a good pizzeria and an excellent kebab shop.
I am Alba(22) from Albania and study my masters in Informatics. I love traveling and visiting museums. My favourite painter is Egon Schiele. I love listening to hip hop, techno and alternative music and going to concerts. Recently I have picked up boxing which I quite enjoy.🥊 I am a big foodie who loves cooking and trying new restaurants.
I love spending time with roommates but I also respect the need for private time.🤗
The other lovely roomate is Alise from Norway who is studying International Management at the University of Mannheim. She also works in a mental health organisation on the side. In her free time, when she is not cooking, she is usually at the gym, doing yoga or searching for new coffee places.🧘♀️☕️
