Hallo
wir sind Sofie, Elina und Samuel und ziehen Anfang April in eine WG in der Neckarstadt West ein (Draisstr.). Die sanierte Altbau-Wohnung hat vier große Zimmer (~18qm), eine eingerichtete Küche mit Zugang zu einem großen Balkon, zwei Badezimmer. Die Waschmaschine würden wir auch von unseren Vormietern übernehmen. Das Zimmer kostet ca 440 zzgl. Strom. Melde dich gerne damit wir einen Kennlerntermin ausmachen können.

Neckarwiese zum Spazieren oder Joggen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ÖPNV sowie Bars im Jungbusch sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir sind alle die meiste Zeit mit unserem Musikstudium beschäftigt und freuen uns über gemeinsame Abende und ein harmonisches WG Leben. Besonders auf dem großen Balkon kann man gut chillen. Ein selbstverständliches Bewusstsein für Sauberkeit wäre uns lieb. :)
