Ich bitte ab 01.05 ein großes Zimmer in einer 3er WG in Mettingen an.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert bzw. steht 1 Stuhl, 1 Schreibtisch, 1 Queen Bett, 3 Nachttische, 1 Kleiderschrank , 1 Schrank, 2 Tischlampe und so weiter im Zimmer.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.Außerdem steht Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.
In den 320 Euro sind alle Kosten enthalten (Miete, Heizung, Strom,GEZ, Internet, TV und die jährliche Wartung der Heizung).
Die Bushaltstelle Schultenhof ist ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Außerdem ist das Comenius-Kolleg fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernt.
In der Wohnung wohnt nur Schüler aus dem Comenius-Kolleg.
Die beide Mitbewohner sind sehr ruhig und freundlich.
Der Vermieter ist ein super hilfsbereiter netter Typ.Man kann mit ihm gut zusammen unterhalten.
Ich freue mich dir die WG zu zeigen und dich näher kennen zu lernen.
