Das Zimmer ist 16 m2 groß, mit Laminat ausgelegt und durch die zwei großen Fenster sehr hell und freundlich. Die Fenster mit Rolladen gehen raus auf eine Seitenstraße.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Rheydt City, also sehr zentral. 10 min zu Fuss zur Uni, 5 min zum Bahnhof und Busse in alle Richtungen vor der Tür. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kino, Bars und sonstiges ebenfalls vor der Tür.
Wir sind zwei Studentinnen an der FH. Wir fürhen ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben, unternehmen gerne was zusammen, aber gönnen uns auch Freiräume. Am Besten lernst du uns persönlich kennen.
Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert, nach Vereinbarung übernommen werden. Ab Mitte Oktober kannst du bei uns einziehen.
