Wir bieten ein großzügiges, möbliertes Zimmer in einem Haus mit Garten. Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt im Grünen in der Nähe vom Golfklub Kitzeberg. Die Lage ist ideal für Studenten der Fachhochschule Kiel (15 Minuten Fahrradweg sowie Bus).
Wir suchen eine/n verantwortungsbewusste/n Mieter/in (Nichtraucher), der gut mit dem Haus umzugehen weiß. Wir suchen jemanden, der Tiere gerne mag und uns bei der Betreuung unserer sehr süßen, pflegeleichten und geselligen Katze unterstützt.
Die Kaution beträgt EUR 600,00.
Die Gebühr für die Endreinigung beträgt EUR 60,00.
Beides ist vor Einzug zu zahlen.
Der Mietzeitraum wäre vom 19. Januar bis zum 19. April 2020. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Zeitraum um einige Tage zu ändern.

RENTAL
We are offering a large, furnished room in a beautiful home with garden. Beside your private room, the kitchen, dining area and living room are available for shared use. The location is ideal for students of the Fachhochschule Kiel, as it is only 15 minutes away by bicycle and serviced by bus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to the Golfclub Kitzeberg with open green areas immediately adjacent.
We are looking for a responsible, non-smoking resident who will treat the home with care. We are also looking for a person who likes animals and is willing to help us with the care of our sweet and easy-going cat.
The rental period is from January 19th to April 19th, 2020 with some flexibility in the dates.
There is a security deposit of EUR 600,00 and a cleaning fee of EUR 60,00. The total of EUR 660,00 must be paid in advance. The deposit will be returned in full if there is no damage.
