ich werde zum Ende des Jahres ins Ausland ziehen und habe daher zu bieten: ein großes WG-Zimmer in zentralster Lage direkt am Viktualienmarkt - mit Balkon und Isar gleich nebenan. 😎
Anteilig an der Gesamtmiete fallen dafür monatlich 1.094 € warm (inkl. Internet, GEZ) an - weitere Kosten wie bspw. Putzkraft oder diverse notwendige WG-Anschaffungen werden in der WG-Gemeinschaft geklärt.
Die Ablösvereinbarung von 1.000€ (V.B.) inkludiert u.a. Waschmaschine (neu), Staubsauger (neu), Kaffeemaschine und die Zimmermöbel (Schrank, Bett, Lampe, Spiegel, etc.).
Zu deinen Mitbewohnern:
Thierry, 26 Jahre alt, aus Amsterdam und arbeitet als Analyst in einem großen E-Commerce Unternehmen.
Victor, 26 Jahre alt, aus Brasilien und hat gerade sein Master an der TUM angefangen.
Neben meinem Zimmer wird ein weiteres Zimmer in der WG frei - hier ist noch nichts final.
Was wichtig ist:
Das hier ist keine Zweck-WG. Wir haben ein lockeres Miteinander gepflegt und spontane/ geplante WG-Aktionen/-Abende, gern auch bei Bier und Weinchen, kamen nie zu kurz. Das soll sich in Zukunft auch nicht ändern.

Hello all,
since I will be moving abroad I have to offer: a room in the most central location directly at the Viktualienmarkt - with balcony and Isar right next door. 😎
The total rent is 1.094€ warm monthly (incl. Internet, GEZ) - other costs such as cleaning or various necessary WG purchases are discussed among the flatmates.
The "Ablösvereinbarung" of 1.000 € (negotiations possible) includes above others the washing machine (new), vacuum cleaner (new), coffee maschine as well as the furniture of the room (bed, closet, lamp, mirror, etc.).
About the guys:
Thierry, 26 years old, from Amsterdam and works as an analyst in a large e-commerce company.
Victor, 26 years old just started his Masters at TUM.
We are in parallel also looking for a new fourth flatmate - nothing is final here.
What is important:
The flat is a fun place to chat and socialize. We always found time to sponatneously or planned hang out - gladly also with beer and wine. We are looking for someone who will keep doing that.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage, direkt am Viktualienmarkt. 1min zur Tram, 3min zur S-/ U-Bahn und umzingelt von Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerade jetzt im Sommer besticht die WG durch ihre Nähe zur Isar, als auch dem Gärtnerplatz, der besonders am Abend junge Leute anzieht und zu langen Sommernächten unter freiem Himmel einlädt.
The apartment is in a prime location, directly at the Viktualienmarkt. 1min to the streetcar, 3min to the S-/ U-Bahn and surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping. Especially now in summer, the WG impresses with its proximity to the Isar, as well as the Gärtnerplatz, which attracts young people especially in the evening and invites to long summer nights under the open sky.
In der WG wirst du mit Thierry und Victor leben :)
Wir pflegen ein lockeres Miteinander, wobei gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre eines jeden respektiert und Rücksicht genommen wird. Wir reisen beide sehr gerne und unternehmen gerne auch mal was zusammen (Kochen/ Essen gehen). Daher ist ein neues Mitglied mit München als dauerhaftem Aufenthaltsort gern gesehen. 😉

We maintain a relaxed togetherness, while at the same time respecting the privacy of each and consideration is taken. We both like to travel and do things together (cooking / eating out). Therefore, a new member with Munich as a permanent residence is welcome 😉.
Eine 'Erstbesichtigung' kann theoretisch auch kurz virtuell per WhatsApp/Skype erfolgen, werden jedoch diejenigen mit Möglichkeit zum Vor-Ort-Gespräch und persönlichem Kennenlernen bevorzugen.
An 'initial visit' can theoretically also be done briefly virtually via WhatsApp/Skype, but we will prefer those with the opportunity for an on-site meeting and getting to know each other in person.
