Hallo ihr Wohnungssuchenden...
nette 3er WG mit super Lage zwischen E-Garten (50m) und Isar (150m) sucht Zwischenmieter/In ab Oktober für 2 Monate.
Zur Lage: Biomarkt, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Eisdiele direkt ums Eck. Trambahnstation 1 Gehminute entfernt. U-Bahn Station 15 Gehminuten. Englischer Garten 1 Gehminute, Isar 2 Gehminuten.
Zur WG: Obwohl leider etwas spontan zu vergeben ist uns gegenseitige Sympathie sehr wichtig. Beide Mitbewohner sind berufstätig und tagsüber im Büro. Die WG hat kein Wohnzimmer, dafür muss die Küche herhalten, die nicht groß aber gemütlich ist.
