Hello everyone!
Im gonna be in Berlin for 4 months and decided to sublet my room in munich for that time. There is some flexibility to the move in date, but we are gonna prioritize people who can move in on the 16.11.
We are a wg of 4 people, 2 girls 1 guy and yours truly, Gui.
The room is very spacious and is already furnished. The window faces the innenhof so no street noise. The furniture is in good condition.
Additionally, we charge an equipment fee of 250 for all the stuff we already have in the flat: dishwasher, washing machine, stove and so on.
The Kaution is regarding the deposit for the main contract of the flat.
Since i myself have done a lot lf WG search, please start your message saying your favorite ice cream flavor, otherwise i will disregard your message (sorry, there are a lot of copy paste messages, therefore).
The pieces of furniture included are: a double sized bed, a desk and a chair, a lamp, a couch, a wardrobe, a small coffee table and a clothes hanger. Please take good care of them :)
The price is 660€ including all expenses: rent, nebenkosten, electricity, internet and even that
Insane radio tax thingy.
You will be located in the very middle of munich (no seriously, if you type it in on google maps, its in the middle of munich.
You can get to the city center in 10-12 min by bus. Across the road, you have Edeka and Rossman, so grocery shopping is super practical too.
Within 10min walk you can get to Rosenheimerplatz and you will be at the Stammstrecke from the city, then the world is your oyster.
The bus stop is right at our door.
A little bit about the Wg:
Esbe is Mexican, likes to cook, go running, enjoys the summer at the lake and sings karaoke.
Gui is from Brazil and his favorite hobbies are swimming, running, playing online games and cracking jokes all the time.
Javi is mexican. Nature lover, loves daytrips but also video games and crocheting. Laid back but open for a nice talk and cooking together.
Mina comes from Munich, likes to cook a lot, sings in the university choir in her free time and can be persuaded to do sports every now and then, especially when it comes to hiking or bouldering.
We have had a very relaxed life together so far and we are looking forward to continuing this. Sometimes eating together and drinking wine is desired. In the WG is mainly English spoken :)
Like i said, this is a flat with full time workers. We dont expect you to be one, you can also be a student, but just so you know that you wont be entering a party wg, but a rather quiet one.
Even though we are usually carrying on with our days and working, a social element was always appreciated by all of us, so nice chats every now and then and getting to know each other is important. Living with someone who is always away in their own world doesnt feel too homey for none of the parties involved.
Please send me a message with an introduction of yourself and the most relevant info you believe its important to share and i will start pre selecting the people that are most likely to adapt correctly to the WG.
