Die Wohnung befindet 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Karl-Preis-Platz und S-Bahn St.-Martin-Straße entfernt und 30 Sekond zur Bushaltestelle Thomasiusplatz.
800€ Warm pro Monat (Ich weiß, dass es auf der teuren Seite liegt, aber es ist eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, und das ist meine Miete - nicht, um Geld zu verdienen).
Die Miete umfasst Warmmiete + Möbel + WLAN
Zur Wohnung;
3 Zimmer Apartment mit großem Wohnraum, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche mit Spülmaschine, Balkon, privat Garten, Waschmaschine/trockner. Die Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Arbeitstisch, Schrank, TV, und ein super bequem Bett. In die Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Zugang zum Balkon.
Raucher sind OK aber nur draußen auf dem Balkon oder in Garten.
Rewe (über die Straße), V-Markt & Aldi (5-7 Minuten zu Fuß)
Mitbewohner ist super nett. Er wird für den Monat Februar hier sein, dann wird auch für März reisen und seine Freundin wird in diesem Monat sein Zimmer nutzen. Er ist sehr entspannt und einfach zu mit leben. Sie ist auch sehr nett und wird nicht den ganzen Monat Marz da sein.

Short-Term room rental from the 1st of February to the 31st of March 2019. Move in possible from the 28th of January.
Looking for someone to take over my room in my bright, beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Haidhausen for 2 months.
The flat is 5 minutes from the U-Bahn Station Karl-Preis-Platz and the S-Bahn Station St.-Martin-Straße and the bus station Thomasiusplatz (Bus 54) is right across the street.
800€ Warm per month. (I know it’s on the expensive side, but it is a really nice flat and that is my rent – not looking to make money).
The rent is warm and includes, Furniture and Internet.
The flat:
2 Bedroom with large living room/eating space (3rd room as they say in Germany), Kitchen with dishwasher and everything you need, Balcony as well as a private garden, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom is completely furnished with use of Desk, Dresser, TV and a super comfy bed. Also in the bedroom is access to the balcony.
Smokers are ok, so long as you smoke outside on the balcony or in the garden.
Rewe is across the street and V-Markt & Aldi are a 5-7 minute walk.
My flatmate is super nice. He will be here for the month of February then will also travel for the month of March. During the month of March his girlfriend will be using the room. He is super relaxed to live with and really chill. His girlfriend is also really nice and will not be there the entire month of March.
