I am subletting my place in the heart of Munich, and looking for someone who can take my place for two months starting from 1st of December to 30th of June for whom an attractive environment is just as important as an attractive apartment. The room is approx. 15m² in size, optimally cut, sunny and furnished.
There is also an option to extend the contract long term with KVR after 31st of March
The apartment is fully equipped with a bathroom, a large kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine and elevator, storage room.

The location is ideal for students & professionals: the apartment is close to the "Hauptbahnhof" train station, Marineplatz and Ostbahnhof connected by direct tram line, bus and Ubahn, with all the station within 5-8 minute walking distance . Both the LMU and both TUM centers can be reached quickly by train.
The English Garden, with its beer gardens and relaxation options, is not far away, which is a gift, especially in summer.
There are also plenty of shopping opportunities, such as a Rewe, a LIDL, an Aldi, a pharmacy, a dry cleaner and everything else you need to live in the immediate vicinity.
The flat will be shared with other Flatmates with a common kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
All of them are male and are either Masters students or Working professional, and respects each other privacy, while everyone having the freedom to use common space as they like.
