A quiet furnished room in a big 4-room apartment. In addition to the bed, the room has a small desk and closet, as well as a big window facing to the west. The kitchen and living area is shared. The apartment is in a two-family house with a big garden.
The apartment is less than 2 minutes walking distance from the Michaelibad subway, but located in a quiet side street. A park and a sports club can be reached in about 2 minutes, as well as the entrance to the Ostpark and of course the Michaelibad. Shopping options are within walking distance, but a little further away, so ideally by bike.
The U5 takes you very quickly to the city center; at Innsbrucker Ring you can change to the U2 with a secured connection.
We are a Ukrainian psychologist and a Georgian IT master's student (TUM) living long-term in the recently founded shared apartment. German is sometimes spoken, but English is important for daily communication, as we also like to communicate when we meet in the kitchen and eat together or just drink coffee or tea. We are looking for an animal-loving roommate as there is a lovely medium-sized dog and a playful cat in the house. We generally like it tidy, but as our WG is still “young”, you might be able to bring in good ideas to improve our organization.
If you have a great sense of humor and are vegetarian, we should definitely meet!
