Hallo!

We are looking for a third roommate to join our new 4 floor house with a garden.

We are Fernanda (27) and Raul (36) - room mates, both full-time hybrid jobs, and a senior dog, Kira. We like to have a chat, cook together ever now and then, or have a game night. We are not a party-WG.

Your room will be on the 1st floor(blue in the pic), if you want, you can use the folding bed(that is included) or furnish it yourself. You will share the bathroom with only one person.

We have a coworking space in the cellar and also a separated room where you can find the washing machine.
On the ground floor, we have a full equiped kitchen, the living room, a toilette, and a garden with a terrace. All together, we will share 105 sqm.

The total rent covers everything, your room, internet electricity, underfloor heating, hot water, etc.

We will move in all together on May first to the house.

The house is located in the nice residential area of Berg am Laim.
It is well connected by public transport, you will find the bus stop Ursberger Str is 2 min walk away, the U2 Ubahn station Kreillerstr is 10 min far sharing stop with the tram 21, and the Sbahn station Berg-am-Laim is 12 min walking.

Many supermarkets and drug stores are nearby.

We are easy-going profesionals, calm, and that love to have chats, cook together ever now and then, and have a gamenight in our shared rooms and we are happy if you join, but we also respect privacy. We are not a party-WG.

Raul's friendly dog Kira is part of the group. If you dont feel comfortable around dogs or have allergies, it might not be the
right fit for you.

We speak Spanish and English, we are learning German, well we are trying...

We are looking for a professional who is friendly, respectful, responsible, and clean.

Someone who likes dogs and is a non-smoker.

We prefer to find someone that will stay for long.
