Room: Cozy 12 sqm room with hardwood flooring and large windows for plenty of natural light. The room comes unfurnished, except for the bed.

Our WG is in a quiet neighborhood with mostly family houses, making it a calm, yet well-connected area. It's easy to get around - the U2 subway is 6 minutes away, and Tram 21 is only a 4-minute walk. At night, you can catch Tram N19 in the same short distance. Grocery stores are within 15 minutes' walking distance. Ostpark is just behind our garden, and Michaelibad is 10 minutes by foot.

We're a group of 8 friends who really love the idea of living together, and we're on the lookout for a 9th person to join our fun group. Our place has a strong sense of community, but don’t worry, we totally get the need for your own space too.

We often find ourselves doing things together like having BBQs, gardening, enjoying a cup of tea, chatting over beers in our bar, or watching movies in the living room. We take pride in keeping our place clean and welcoming—it's always a nice surprise for our friends to see how tidy we manage to keep the house, even with all of us here. And we’re hoping you’re keen to help keep it that way too.

With the demand for places in the city, we want to make sure you've really read this ad before getting in touch. So, could you start your message to us with "Ducks, penguins and cows"? It’s a little thing, but it means a lot to us. Ps: sadly we do not do video meetings.
