Wunderscöne renovierte 3er-WG

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen im Stadtteil Bogenhausen. Der Stadtbezirk Bogenhausen liegt im Nordosten der Stadt auf der rechten Seite der Isar. Seine Grenzen sind im Westen das Westufer der Isar, im Norden und Osten die Stadtgrenze (zu Unterföhring und Aschheim/Dornach) und im Süden die Prinzregentenstraße bis etwas außerhalb des Mittleren Rings. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Restaurants und Bauhaus und vieles mehr liegen im Umkreis von ca. einem Kilometer.
Das heißt kurz gefasst:
- Tram-Bahnstation Fritz-Meyer-Weg und Bernheimerstraße Bushaltestelle in nur 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen
- nur ca. 25 Minuten zum Flughafen mit dem Auto
- mit der Bus-, Tramlinie oder mit dem Rad in nicht mal in 10 Minuten beim Englischen Garten (eine der Sehenswürdigkeiten schlechthin in München)
- Supermärkte und Discounter wie EDEKA, Rewe, Lidl und Aldi ringsherum mit dem Rad innerhalb von weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar

The WG is located in the beautiful Bogenhausen area. The Bogenhausen area is located in the north-east of the city on the right-hand side of the River Isar. Its boundaries are the west bank of the Isar to the west, the city limits (to Unterföhring and Aschheim/Dornach) to the north and east, and Prinzregentenstraße to the south until just outside the Mittlerer Ring. Supermarkets and shops such as Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, and many restaurants are within 10 minutes from the WG.
In short:
- Fritz-Meyer-Weg tram station and Bernheimerstraße bus stop are within only 5 minutes walking from the WG
- only about 25 minutes to the airport by car
- by bus, tram or bike in less than 10 minutes to the English Garden (an
absolute gem in the Summer)
- Supermarkets and other shops such as EDEKA, Rewe, Lidl and Aldi can be reached by bike in less than 5 minutes.

Zu uns: Deine Mitbewohner werden Max und Lennart sein. Max ist 24 Jahre alt, kommt aus Großbritannien und befindet sich gerade in seinem Finanzmathematik-Studium an der LMU. Er treibt gern viele Sportarten (besonders Fußball, Tennis, Joggen und in den Bergen wandern), kocht gern und ist immer offen, neue Freunde kennenzulernen. Harry ist 21 Jahre alt, kommt aus Simbabwe und studiert derzeit Deutsch an der Deutschen Akademie. Er mag gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen, Sport, kocht häufig und ist neuen Freunden gegenüber sehr aufgeschlossen.
Wir sind keine Zweck WG und würden uns auch mal über Aktivität außerhalb der WG freuen. Unterhalb der Woche kochen wir öfters zusammen, gehen für ein Getränk in die Stadt und machen den ein oder anderen Spaziergang. Wir nehmen uns aber auch Zeit für uns selbst und müssen nicht immer was zusammen unternehmen. Alles kann, nichts muss.
Das Wichtigste für uns ist das WG-Leben, deshalb wäre es toll, wenn du uns ein bisschen was über dich erzählst - zum Beispiel, was deine Hobbys sind und was du von unserer WG erwartest. Wir freuen uns darauf, dich kennen zu lernen! :)

About us: Your roommates will be Max and Harry. Max is 24 years old, comes from the UK and is currently studying a Master's in financial mathematics at LMU. He enjoys playing lots of different sports (such as football, tennis, running and hiking in the mountains), likes to cook and is always open to getting to know new friends. Harry is 21 years old, comes from Zimbabwe, and is currently studying German at the Deutsch Akademie. He enjoys social events, sports, cooks frequently and is very welcoming to new friends.
We are definitely not a "Zweck WG" and would like to spend time with each other, not just as roommates but as friends. During the week we often cook together, go out in Munich and go for walks in the English garden. But we also sometimes take time for ourselves and there is never any pressure to socialise outside your room. Everything is possible but nothing is necessary.
For us the most important aspect is the WG-life, so it would also be really great if you could tell us a little bit about yourself - for example, what your hobbies are, and what you expect from our WG. We're looking forward to getting to know you! :)

Info: Die Miete setzt sich aus und Kaltmiete und Nebenkosten zusammen und beträgt somit fix 820€. Hinzu kommen ca. 10€ für GEZ. Unserem Vermieter ist es wichtig, dass du für mindestens 6 Monate einziehst.

Info: The rent consists of cold rent and additional costs and is therefore fixed at €820. In addition, there are approx. €10 for GEZ. It is important to our landlord that you please move in for at least 6 months.
