Sehr helles Zimmer mit schönen Blick, vollmöbliert und renoviert. 3Zimmer Wohnung, ein (Wohn) Zimmer steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Putzplan verpflichtend einzuhalten (da sehr schlechte Erfahrungen bei der Vermietung!!!)
Die WG liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Böhmerwaldplatz. Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Türe. Park zur Erholung/Sport in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eisdiele und Restaurants vor der Türe.
In der WG lebt ein Mitbewohner (Münchner, 25 in Ausbildung). Gesucht wird ein/e freundliche Mitbewohner/in die Deutsch spricht, gerne mal was gemeinsam kocht, offen für einen Ratsch ist und großen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt.
