Die Wohnung und Ihr Zimmer sind erst kürzlich renoviert worden.
Das Zimmer ist bereits mit folgendem ausgestattet:
- einem kleinen Schreibtisch
- ein großes Bett (1,40m x 2,0m)
- ein Kleiderschrank
- einem Stuhl
Es gibt drei Große Fenster mit blick auf die Stadt. Das Zimmer ist daher sehr hell.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Ofen, und einen Kühlschrank.
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, deshalb putzen wir einmal die Woche.

The flat and your room have just recently been renovated.
The room is already furnished with the following:
- small desk
- a large bed (1,40m x 2,0m)
- a wardrobe
- a chair
The room is very bright, since there are three large windows facing the city.
The flat is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large fridge and other appliances.
We like to keep things clean, so you should not have a problem with cleaning
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage in Oberföhring. Außerhalb des Gebäudes befindet sich eine kleine Passage mit vielen Geschäften wie z.B. ein Edeka, eine Apotheke, Friseur, Thai restaurant und mehr.
Obwohl Oberföhring am Stadtrand liegt, ist die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut. Es gibt eine Tram station und eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Gebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite. Beide fahren normalerweise im 10 Minuten Takt. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in einer halben Stunde. Den uni campus Garching erreicht man ebenfalls in etwa einer halben stunde

The room is located in a residential complex in Oberföhring. Outside the building is a small passage with many stores such as an Edeka, a pharmacy, hairdresser, Thai restaurant and more.
Although Oberföhring is located on the outskirts of the city, the connection to public transport is very good. There is a tram station and a bus stop directly in front of the building on the other side of the street. The city center can be reached in half an hour. The university campus Garching can also be reached in about half an hour.
In der Wohnung lebt Marcello (M23) und Christina (F39). Da der dritte Mitbewohner jetzt auszieht, suchen wir einen neuen Mieter oder eine neue Mieterin. Wir suchen eine*n ruhigen Nichtraucher*in für unsere WG aber jemand der offen ist mal gemeinsam was kochen oder abends zu plaudern ist natürlich gern gesehen :)
Marcello ist Italiener und studiert momentan Physik an der TUM. Er kocht sehr gerne, zieht allerdings im Juni ebenfalls aus.
Christina kommt aus Brasilien und ist 39 Jahre alt. Sie lernt Deutsch und studiert Kosmetologie.
Sie lernt gerne neue Kulturen kennen und kocht gerne. Sauberkeit ist ihr sehr wichtig.

I (M20) and Christina (F39) live in the apartment. Since the third roommate is moving out, we are looking for a new tenant. We are looking for a calm non-smoker but someone who is open to cook something together or chat in the evening is of course welcome :)
Marcello is from Italy. He studies Physics at TUM and loves to cook, however he will be moving out in June as well.
Christina comes from Brazil and is 39 years old. She studies German and cosmetology.
She likes learning about new cultures and cooking. Cleanliness is very important to her.
