Eine schöne (im Januar 2023 eröffnete) WG in einer ruhigen und schönen Gegend in München, mit einem hellen Schlafzimmer. Ich beende mein Praktikum im Krankenhaus und ziehe deswegen aus meinem Zimmer aus. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einer Komode und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Ein großer Kleiderschrank steht direkt im Flur vor dem Zimmer. Zudem ist der Balkon nur von diesem Zimmer aus zugänglich und kann nur von diesem Zimmer benutzt werden. In der Wohnung findet sich eine Küche (mit Spülmaschine), ein Badezimmer mit WC und einem Kellerabteil. Die Wohnung enthält einen Herd, eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Es handelt sich um eine 3-Zimmer-WG, sodass Sie die WG mit zwei Mitbewohnern teilen. Einer arbeitet bei einer Bank und der andere studiert Sports Business im Master. Beide sprechen Deutsch und Englisch. Von der WG aus haben Sie einen einfachen Zugang zu den restlichen Teilen der Stadt, mit nur 3 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten U-Bahnstation und Bushaltestelle. Wenn Sie die U-Bahn benutzen, können Sie sich in nur 10 Minuten im Stadtzentrum befinden. Mehrere Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

A beautiful (opened in January 2023) shared apartment in a quiet and beautiful area in Munich, with a bright bedroom. I am finishing my internship at the hospital and therefore moving out of my room. The room is equipped with a bed, a dresser, and a desk. A large wardrobe is located directly in the hallway in front of the room. Additionally, the balcony is only accessible from this room and can only be used by this room. The apartment has a kitchen (with a dishwasher), a bathroom with a toilet, and a cellar compartment. The apartment contains a stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. It is a 3-room shared apartment, so you will be sharing the apartment with two roommates. One works at a bank and the other is studying Sports Business in a master's program. Both speak German and English. From the shared apartment, you have easy access to the rest of the city, with only a 3-minute walk to the nearest subway station and bus stop. When using the subway, you can be in the city center in just 10 minutes. Several supermarkets are within walking distance.

Wir pflegen eine offenen und ehrlichen Umgang in unserer WG. Bisher haben wir den Haushalt relativ eigenverantwortlich geregelt, da alle Mitbewohnern Sauberkeit und Ordnung wichtig ist.
We maintain an open and honest approach in our shared apartment. So far, we have managed the household relatively independently, as cleanliness and order are important to all the roommates.
