Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und 17.5m² groß. Es ist lichtdurchflutet und gemütlich mit einer großen Couch zum Chillen und großem Flatscreen- Tv plus DVD-Player. Die ganze Wohnung ist insgesamt 94m² groß mit 2 Zimmern, Flur, Küche und Bad. Bad und Küche wirst Du Dir mit Deinem Mitbewohner teilen (er ist sehr, sehr nett, also keine Sorge :).
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten weg von der Ubahn Station, Rewe, Edeka, Penny sind innerhalb von 3-5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Alles was man sonst benötigt ist im direkten Umfeld.
Mitbewohnerin ist eine 28 Jährige freundlich, saubere, unternehmenslustige und leicht umgängliche , Ich bin berufstätig und deshalb unter der Woche nur am Abend zu Hause.
Schreibt mir doch einfach eine kurze Mail, bitte keine großen Lebensläufe, ich möchte einfach nur jemanden zuverlässiges , der Lust hat hier in dieser tollen Lage und WG ,
