A beautiful 18m2 room is available at our independent house WG. The house is old with a lot of wooden work. The room is located on the first floor with windows on 3 sides and eqipped with double bed, tables and cupboard. The room has partly sloping roof.
There is a small garden, the house is fully furnished with a large kitchen, washing machine and two toilets. We also have bicycle parking inside the campus.
The place is well connected with public transport including night bus. The bus stop is just 1 min walk and two U bahn stations, Forstenrieder Allee and Basler strasse are 8 and 12 min walking.
The neighbourhood is very quite and green. There are supermarkets close by, Edeka is just 5min walk and other supermarkets are within 15min walk.
Two international people are living in the house including me. We both are working and also do work from home time to time. We speak english in the house.
We are looking for a flatmate who is a responsible person and keeps the house neat and tidy and contributes to keeping friendly and respectful environment. 😊
