The flat has two floors, downstairs is the kitchen/living room, a bathroom and your room and upstairs is my room and another bathroom.
At the moment I've rearranged the living room a bit and the sofa upstairs, but I want to do that back in February.

Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen, unten ist die Wohnküche ein Badezimmer und dein Zimmer und oben mein Zimmer und ein weiteres Bad.
Momentan habe ich das Wohnzimmer etwas umgeräumt und das Sofa oben, aber das will ich jetzt im Februar rückgängig machen.
In deinem Zimmer ist die Ausstattung vorhanden, die du auf den Bildern siehst.
The flat really is in the centre of the French Quarter. We have lovely neighbours who are very tolerant and enjoy the many shopping opportunities and bars in the side streets. You can also be at Rosenheimer Platz or Ostbahnhof in no time at all. If you are doing an internship here, the larger companies or hospitals are really not far away.

Die Wohnung befindet sich wirklich mitten im Franzosenviertel. Wir haben liebe Nachbarn, die sehr tolerant sind und erfreuen uns an den vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars der Seitenstraßen. Außerdem ist man im Nu am Rosenheimer Platz oder Ostbahnhof. Falls du ein Praktikum hier machst sind die größeren Firmen oder Krankenhäuser auch wirklich nicht weit entfernt.
My name is Jean and I'm a student who has been living here in Munich since 2019.
The following should be said about the living situation. There are two bathrooms in the two-storey flat, but only one has a shower and it's behind my room. My other flatmate and I always manage the shower times really well, so you don't have to worry about that either.
Apart from that, I enjoy a relatively colourful everyday life and am happy to get some peace and quiet at home. But I still feel like cooking together or something similar. If you don't know Munich that well yet, I'd be happy to show you a few places :-)

Ich heiße Jean und studiere, lebe seit 2019 hier in München.
Zur Wohnsituation sollte noch folgendes gesagt werden. Es gibt zwei Bäder in der zweistöckigen Wohnung, aber nur eines mit Dusche und das ist hinter meinem Zimmer. Mein anderer Mitbewohner und ich kriegen das aber immer super mit Duschzeiten hin, dass auch du dir keine Sorgen machen müsstest.
Ansonsten genieße ich einen relativ bunten Alltag und freue mich dann auch zuhause mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Aber trotzdem habe ich auch Lust mal gemeinsam zu kochen oder Ähnliches. Wenn du München noch garnicht so gut kennst zeige ich dir auch gerne mal ein paar Ecken :-)
I'm moving into a new flat in May (between Münchner Freiheit and Englischer Garten), where I'm also looking for a flatmate again, this time for a year. In other words, if we both feel like it, we can extend the whole thing. We can talk about that further in person :-)
