There is a temporary availability in our paradise house. As you can see in the pictures, it is quite magnificent. You can get up in the morning and walk barefoot in the grass while drinking your coffee. You can work in the garden (yes, our wifi goes that far) and enjoy a plunge in the Isar for a break. You can dig your hands in the soil and grow your own tomatoes, or invite friends for a bonfire in the garden.
The room has a lot of light and is equipped with everything you need. There is also a well equiped kitchen and a washing mashine. You will share the bathroom with one other person. There is decent wifi for online work and zoom calls that even reaches to some points in the garden.
You can move in for 3 month, from June, but there is a little flexibility. We can extend the stay up to 4 or 5 month.
We love it here.
And for some time, you can enjoy the calm and the beauty here, too.
We admit, it takes a little longer to the city center (40 mins with the bike or Ubahn) , but it is still quite central. You can walk to the next Bus station which is 7 mins away or direcly to the Ubahn, which is 15 mins away. If you happen to work at garching campus, it is even a very good choice, as we live close to the U6, Freimann. If you choose to go by bike, you will almost exclusively enjoy the ride in the Englische Garten, till Odeonsplatz. So it is a quite beautiful morning exercise, too.
Your Housemates
We are a group of women, thus we are looking for a woman. All of us have broad interests, I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher, so you will find a lot of Indian Icons and other things in the house. Our other housemates are working in different areas as for example journalism, photography, coaching and holistic health counseling. You will share the EG with Steph and Me, Jasmim. The others are living in a sepearte flat upstairs together with the dog, Bella and the Cat, Cinnamon.
If you happen to have any interest in personal development , you will blossom in our space.
