In unserer renovierten Altbauwohnung, die zentral am Candidplatz liegt haben wir ein Zimmer zwischen dem 23. Dezember und 27. Januar für dich frei.
Alles was du so zum Leben brauchst ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar. (Lebensmittelläden, Bäckerei, Cafés…). Das Geniale an der Wohnlage ist, dass sämtliche Stadtteile schnell zu erreichen sind. Ubahn-Station und Busverbindungen sind direkt vor der Haustür. Der Hauptbahnhof, Marienplatz, Harras, Ostbahnhof, Max-Weber-Platz usw... sind alle mit der U1 bzw. einem der Busse in wenigen Minuten direkt zu erreichen. Die Isar und schöne Waldstücke mit Grünflächen sind nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Das Zimmer wird kurzfritstig zur Untermiete frei, da ich eine andere Wohnung gefunden habe und werde deswegen nur selten da sein. Die anderen Mitbewohner sind bereits ausgezogen, deshalb hast du die Wohnung eigentlich für dich allein.
Wenn du also kurzfristig noch ein Zimmer in München suchst, ordentlich, aufgeschlossen und nett bist, kannst du mir gerne eine Nachricht schreiben und darin einfach ein bisschen was über dich erzählen.

Beautiful room in an newly renovated flat, centrally located and close to the river Isar
Are you looking for a place to stay from the 23th of december - 27th of january? The flat is centrally located at Candidplatz. Our flat is completely furnished and includes everything you need in daily live. Basicly you will have the flat for your own because I won´t be there, just once in a while.
Your room (15qm) is furnished. Shops, Bakeries, Cafés, Restaurants, bank, hairdresser.. you can easly reach by feet in a few minutes. With the underground (U1) to central station it takes only 10 minutes and a bus to Marienplatz is next to our house. If you walk 3 Minutes you reach a busstation with direct connections to Ostbahnhof, Max-Weber-Platz, Alemannenpark, Harras,..) Nice green areas and the Isar river are just 10 Min. walking from the flat.
So, if you are looking for a calm place to stay and you are a friendly, calm and tidy person you just found
