Fully furnished room to sublet in a shared flat. Equipped with a bed, wardrobe, table, chair and curtains. Bathroom and kitchen is shared. The apartment also has a guest toilet and a bathroom.
Giesing Bahnhof can be reached on foot in around 10 minutes. there is a bus stop 5 min by foot. There is also a subway station 8 minutes away by foot.
Opposite the house there are some parking spaces for a car, which you may want to bring with you.
It's a 4 room shared apartment with female tenants from Guatemala, Turkey and Taiwan, so it's quite international :)
There is a cleaning schedule to be followed. we respect each others privacy. a quite and peaceful environment is desired. we are students and working part-time.
