Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Couch, Sekratär, Regalen, Schrank, Kommode etc. Wohnküche und Bad sind ebenfalls voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschiene und Trockner und Thermomix (: Benötigt werden nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidel, Bäcker, Metzger, Dm, Tengelmann, Schreibwahren, Post, usw. sind alle innerhalb von max. 10Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ebenso wie die S-Bahn. Es gibt eine gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Morgens geht die Bahn alle 10 Min, danach alle 20 Min. Bis zum Ostbahnhof ist man ca.12 Min unterwegs. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in 5Min. Es gibt aber auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
Ansonsten gibt es einen Sportverein, ein Kino, Freibad, zwei Badeseen, Eisdielen die Stadtbibliothek, etc. ganz in der Nähe.
Leider benötige ich das Zimmer am Wochenende selbst.
Die Wohnung wurde im April 2011komplett saniert.
Da das Haus aus den 70ern stammt und recht hellhörig ist, ist mir ein ruhiger Bewohner wichtig. Ich mag meine Nachbarn nämlich (-: Also jemand, der nicht umbedigt ständig ein Bedürfnis nach lauter Musik hat.
Vielleicht noch erwähnenswert, einen Fernsehe Anschluß gibt es nicht. Dafür aber Internet über Kabel.
