Location
This room will be for a temporary period for rent, because I will move out into another apartment and my contract is running out end of September, which is why I am searching for a subtenant for this period. It is ideal for students who want to get their foot into the city of Munich and find something permanent. Be aware that this is a temporary stay until the 29th of September. The room is part of a WG of 8 people in total. Everybody seems calm and chill. Occasionally there are conversations in the kitchen, but everybody has their own space and room for privacy.
Note that you have to be student to move into the flat and you will need a confirmation of a university in Munich to stay.
The total rent for the given time period will be 266€ (380€ * 21d/30d) + 350€ deposit, that you will get back right after your stay, if it has been confirmed that the flat looks just as before and nothing is damaged.
