Dein neues Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG und beinhaltet ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal und einen Schrank.
Das Zimmer ist eines der kleineren, aber sehr schön und hell. Und wir punkten mit einer tollen Hausgemeinschaft ;-)

Zu Fuß brauchst du ca 8 Minuten bis zur U-Bahnstation Großhadern oder Haderner Stern. Mit der U-Bahn bist du in 15 Minuten am Marienplatz. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Rewe, Edeka, Penny, Aldi und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und nebenan gibt es noch ein paar andere WGs.
It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the underground station Großhadern or Haderner Stern. You can reach Marienplatz in 15 minutes by underground. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away. Rewe, Edeka and a bakery are within walking distance. The house is in a quiet residential area and there are a few other shared flats next door.
Das Zusammenleben ist ungezwungen, gesellig und locker. Ein respektvolles Miteinander ist uns sehr wichtig und einen Putzplan haben wir auch. Jede Etage verfügt über ein eigenes Bad (bei dir zu dritt ein Bad) und im ersten Stock gibt es eine zweite kleine Tee-Küche. Wir kommen uns selten in die Quere :) Wir machen regelmäßig etwas zusammen, zum Beispiel Sport, Koch-, Spiele- oder Fernseh-Abende. Außerdem machen wir ab und zu am Wochenende auch Ausflüge (zum Beispiel Wandern) oder verbringen den Abend gemeinsam im Garten. Unter den Mitbewohnern sind sowohl Berufsanfänger als auch Studenten.
Our ambiance is sociable and relaxed. Respectful interaction is very important to us and we also have a cleaning schedule. Each floor has its own bathroom and there is a second small kitchen on the first floor. We rarely get in each other's way :) We regularly do things together, for example cooking, games or TV evenings. We also go on weekend excursions (hiking, for example) or spend the evening together in the garden. Among the flatmates are both young professionals and students.
