Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen ab dem 01.04.2023 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/Inn für unsere WG.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (1 Bett, 1 Kleiderschrank, 1 Tisch mit 1 Stuhl).
Das Zimmer / die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG hat ca 15qm².
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 675€ warm.
Hierbei sind jegliche Kosten wie Strom, Gas, W-Lan, Rundfunkbeitrag etc. alles inkludiert.
Die Bushaltestelle vom BUS 56, der alle 7-10 Minuten fährt, ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, dieser bringt einem direkt zur U-Bahn Haltestelle Großhadern (U6).
Zu Pasing Bahnhof braucht man 15 Minuten mit dem Bus 56 Richtung Schloss Blumenau.
Die Bushaltestelle 168 ist 2 Minuten entfernt und bringt dich in 15 Minuten zu U5 Laimer Platz.
Die WG hat eine Küche (Backofen und Mikrowelle schon vorhanden) und ein Badezimmer. Außerdem noch einen Abstellraum für alle in der WG.
Die Waschmaschine, und der Trockner sind im Keller mitzubenutzen.
Aktuell sind wir 3 Männer und 1 Frau aus Indien, Iran und Vietnam. Wir sind entweder Studierende oder berufstätige.
