Brightly lit room with 2 large windows, one south-facing and one west-facing, which allows great cross-ventilation. Windows are equipped with metal blackout blinds as well.
Some of the furniture in the room stays, including the sofa which is a sofa-bed, and the coffee table. The rest is to be confirmed. Rent of the room has factored in a fee for the furniture. The walls have recently been painted white.
The apartment has a full bathroom, with tub, washing machine and windows, as well as a separate additional WC.
The kitchen is large, bright spacious, and can accomodate 6 people for a sit-down meal.
Fantastic location, with tram 19 direct to Hauptbahnhof and Karlsplatz (Stachus), 7 min walk to U5 Friedenheimer Str., 13 min walk to Hirschgarten S-Bahn or 3 bus stops to Laim S-Bahn station by bus 130.
There is an Edeka 3 mins from the apartment, a Penny 5 mins away, with HIT, a Turkish market, multiple more Edekas, Rewes and Lidls in a 15min walking range.
Currently, there are 2 males and 1 female in the apartment, and we are looking for a female for our fourth person.
I’m (31F) from Singapore, another roommate (26M) is British, and the third (25M) is from Krygyzstan.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and aim to create a WG where we can communicate with each other.
We do have our own lives, which makes it difficult to come together as a WG, but are not averse to that!
The target move-in date is 1st Jan, but a move-in earlier is feasible.
