Hello !
I am travelling at the end of the year for over a month and looking to sublet my room out. We live in a nice house in Laim (7 min from the Laimer Platz Ubahn station). The house is divided in 3 apartments which each have there own kitchen and bathroom. Then we all share two big living rooms and a garden !
The two girls in the apartment are between 26 and 28, however in the other apartments in the house the ages range between 17 and 30! Between the 3 apartments in the house there are 7 people altogether, but as mentioned in the ad, my flat only has 2 other roommates who you will share a kitchen and bathroom with.
Most people are from Germany but some like me are foreigners. So we mostly speak English. We like to do activities together like board game nights, karaoke, meals or partys. It’s a lovely way to meet new people, in a very convenient location.
We also have a garage (where we keep our bikes) and also some basement storage.
We can do online or in person visits. It would be good if you could meet my flatmates (the two girls)!
