The room faces East, which means that you will wake up to wonderful sunshine. No worries if you don’t want to, as there are also curtains. It is approximately 20 m2 and is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed and bedstand, a large wardrobe, a desk and office chair, a couch and a quite usefully sized chest of drawers. You would be invited to water several plants, should you accept, as they are thriving in their current location and it would be a pity to displace them :)
Das Zimmer ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, sodass du dich morgens von herrlichem Sonnenschein wecken lassen kannst. Doch keine Sorge, es gibt auch Vorhänge, falls du ausschlafen möchtest. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und komplett möbliert mit einem Doppelbett und Nachttisch, einem großen Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, einer Couch und einer recht großen Kommode. Wenn du einverstanden bist, könntest du zwei meiner Pflanzen übernehmen, da sie an ihrem jetzigen Standort wunderbar wachsen :)

The room is in an apartment building in Laim. It is at the immediate vicinity of a tram and bus station (Agnes-Bernauer-Str), 7-minute walking distance to Ubahn (Friedenheimer Str), and 12-minute walking distance to Sbahn (Hirschgarten). All these options take you to the city center within 5-15 minutes. Grocery stores (Edeka, Penny) and an Apotheke are also in the immediate vicinity, and within a 10-minute walk you can reach many others at Fürstenrieder Str.

Your flat mate will be Jozi. She is in professional life, and she is incredibly nice and considerate. Cleanliness, openness, and mutual respect are of utmost importance for her. I am a master’s student and will be living upstairs in my partner’s flat for 2 months, during which I will be subletting my room. Since I will be right upstairs, you can always reach me for any concerns you might have. I might also occasionally drop by to have tea/dinner with Jozi or have her over, and you would be welcome to join us.
Deine Mitbewohnerin wird Jozi sein. Sie steht im Berufsleben und ist unglaublich nett und rücksichtsvoll. Sauberkeit, Offenheit und gegenseitiger Respekt werden bei ihr großgeschrieben. Ich mache gerade meinen Master und vermiete mein Zimmer, da ich für 4 Monate in die Wohnung meines Partners ein Stockwerk höher ziehen werde. Da ich direkt über dir und Jozi wohnen werde, kannst du mich jederzeit erreichen, solltest du irgendwelche Anliegen haben. Eventuell werde ich gelegentlich auf einen Tee oder ein Abendessen mit Jozi vorbeikommen oder sie zu Besuch zu haben, dabei bist du natürlich herzlich willkommen!
