Hallo, wir vermieten für 1 Monat ein wunder schönes großes helles Zimmer in unserer 4er WG mitten im Zentrum.
Die Wohnung ist in Fußnähe zum Stachus Karlsplatz, Sendlingertor, Theresienwiese und Hauptbahnhof.Das Zimmer ist 24qm groß, und hat eine doppelmatratze (also schlafplatz für 2 Personen). Die WG ist eine 4er WG mit Küche/Esszimmer (Spühlmachine) + großes schönes Bad + WC + Garderobe + "Wohnzimmer" Trotz der Zentrumsnähe ist die Wohnung ruhig in einer Seitenstraße (Landwehrstraße). Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Du kannst auch gerne vorbeikommen und dir das Zimmer anschauen!
Die Wohnung ist in Fußnähe zum Stachus Karlsplatz, Sendlingertor, Theresienwiese und Hauptbahnhof. Trotz der Zentrumsnähe ist die Wohnung ruhig in einer Seitenstraße (Landwehrstraße) gelegen.
Wir sind alle sehr umgängliche Mitbewohner. Wir machen zwar nicht immer was gemeinsam, sind aber trotzdem ab und zu gemeinsam feiern oder kochen mal zusammen. Momentan sind wir zu dritt. Aber keine Angst, an genügend Platz mangelt es uns nicht.
Du als zukunftiger Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin solltest aufgeschlossen sein und kein Putzmuffel ;)
