Das Zimmer wird möbiliert untervermietet.
Nach den zwei Monaten steht das Zimmer frei und die Möglichkeit zur unbefristeten Übernahme.
Die Küche befindet sich direkt am Zimmer.
Falls man dauerhaft bleiben möchte sollte man sicher noch ein wenig Arbeit rein stecken, aber es hat alles was man braucht.
Die Lage ist super. Direkt an der Isar. Vor allem im Sommer perfekt, aber auch zum Joggen zu jeder Jahreszeit.
Die nächste Ubahnstation ist 6 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass man überall schnell hinkommt.
Lebendiges Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden.
Nahe am Oktoberfest und am Nockherberg.
Wir sind zu viert und alle unter 30.
Das Wg-Leben ist eher ruhig.
Alle Mitbewohner sind jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Beim Putzen wechseln wir uns ab.
Fahrradkeller und Kellerabteil sind vorhanden.
Ich stelle ein Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl sowie die Küche. Jedoch nicht zwingend das Bett auf dem Foto, da ich ausziehen werde.
