Das Zimmer hat ca.14 qm und es gibt ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. Die zwei Fenster gehen zum Innenhof, wodurch du trotz der zentralen Lage deine Ruhe hast. Im Innenhof kannst du auch dein Fahrrad abstellen.
Du wohnst direkt an der Isar und hast Restaurants, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Fraunhoferstraße (U1/U2) und Isartor sind in Laufnähe.
Ich suche eine sympathische, aktive und ruhige Mitbewohnerin für eine schöne drei Zimmer Wohnung im Gärtnerplatzviertel. Ich bin unkompliziert, spontan, ruhig, sozial, sportlich (Outdoor und Berge) und arbeite in der Tourismusbranche.
Die 150 € Ablöse sind für die Waschmaschine.
Ich (Maria) ziehe am 6. April wieder in die Heimat. Ab dem 8. April bzw. auch bis zum 15. kannst du einziehen :)
