11 qm Zimmer mit kompletter Möblierung, außer Schreibtisch (dafür nutze ich das Wohnzimmer).
Es ist eine 4-Zimmer-Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohnzimmer, Küche, 2 Bädern, Balkon, Keller und Abstellraum. Einen Aufzug gibt es auch.
The available room got 11qm, with furniture besides a desk. But therefore I normally use the table in the living room We have a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 used bedrooms, a living room, kitchen , 2 bathrooms, balcony, storage room and cellar. There is also an elevator.
Die Lage ist super, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Hackerbrücke. Auch sind die Tramstationen Holzapfelstraße in 2 Minuten, und Hackerbrücke in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Diverse Geschäfte, Fitnessstudio, Restaurants und Bars sind in der Nähe, sowie ist auch der Augustiner Biergarten nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
The location is great. 2 minutes to the S-Bahn station Hackerbrücke, 5 minutes to the Tram Hackerbrücke and 2 minutes to the Tram Holzapfelstraße.
A great amount of different, shops, bars and gym are around the flat.
Deine neuen WG-Kollegen wären Lena (31) und Max (32).
Lena arbeitet für den Staat und macht gerade nebenbei ihren Master. Ihre Hobbys sind Joggen gehen, Festivals, Konzerte, Tennis und Freunde treffen.
Max arbeitet im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit, macht diversen Sport wie Acroyoga und ist gerne mit Freunden unterwegs.
Wir suchen beide jemanden der aufgeschlossen ist, mit den man offen kommunizieren kann, dass die Person Lust hat was zu unternehmen und man sich einfach gut versteht. Beide leben schon eine Weile in München, daher sind beide viel unterwegs.

Für ein längeres Projekt bin Ich (Lisa) weg von Deutschland bis September und suche für die Zeit eine coole Person, die auch mit meinen tollen WG Kollegen gut versteht.
Mein Flug geht bereits am 11.06., wenn du magst kannst du auch schon ab dem 12.06. einziehen.
