Da dies unsere Zweitwohnung wird (uns zieht es aufs Land), werden wir nur 1-2 im Monat da sein. Das heisst eigentlich hast du die gesamte Wohnung meistens für dich alleine.
Dein Zimmer hat 18 qm und ist schön hell, da es ein Süd und ein Nordfenster hat. Die Wohnung ist möbliert (Küche, Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine,...)
Die Wohnküche ist ebenso sehr geräumig mit 16 qm und kann durch eine Couch in eine gemütliche Wohnküche umgewandelt werden.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 850 EUR, darin ist alles inkludiert (NK, Glasfaser WLAN, GEZ-Gebühr etc.)
Wir vermieten erstmal bis Ende 2023. Wenn es passt gerne auch länger
Am Goetheplatz, 2 Ubahnlinien (U3+U6), Buslinie 58, Post, Kino, Supermarkt, DM, Krankenhaus... Alles was man braucht in 200m Umkreis.
Da wir selten da sind, eher weniger :-)
