The apartment is on the 1st floor and 84sqm, with 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, pantry, balcony and courtyard belonging to the bikes.
We are 3 people who live together and 2 are moving out by the end of June. So, I am essentially seeking 1 person to share this lovely house with and perhaps make this a home :).
The room is about 18 square meters and has two windows, has a beautiful, white wooden ceiling and is unfurnished. The walls are coloured dark midnight blue, and the room is away from the noises of the city life.
The bathroom is beautiful and has a very large east window. Real home-feel-bath with bathtub. Sadly, washing machine will be taken away by existing housemates, so if you come with one great, else we need to buy a new one :)
The kitchen is very bright with a large, high double balcony door to the balcony in the courtyard. The kitchen is very nice and quiet, you can really hang out here. But will need to be furnished with basics such as - utensils, cutlery, dining table, microwave, kettle, etc.
The entrance area of the apartment is nicely closed, you can even distinguish a small living room in the hallway
The location is of course a dream:
Right on Goetheplatz, d. H. U-Bahn U3 and U6, only 3 minutes on foot, only 15 minutes on foot at Sendlinger Tor or in 20 minutes at Marienplatz (depending on where you turn). It is only 7 minutes to the Isar and from there you can walk along the Isar to the Flaucher in 25 minutes, which I do all the time. It is about 25 minutes to the German museum. A wonderful round. Tengelmann, DM, pharmacies, bakeries and butchers, Edeka and Penny, Alnatura etc. are everywhere for everyday needs. And many restaurants too.
The Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest, weekend flea markets) is 5 minutes away. Bus stops are everywhere too. From here you can really go anywhere.
About me and what I am seeking for in a shared apartment lifestyle:
I'm a reliable person, working full-time and sometimes alot :). At the same time I am fun and outgoing... I am a thorough extrovert and usually express what's in my heart ;). I enjoy Dancing, Swimming, Reading, Movies & Music, Travelling... I am a huge food lover and cook almost daily. I am a non smoker and have no pets.
For the last 5 years i have been living outside of India, so yeah i have a lot of international experience to share and enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world to learn and grow more!
I am sociable and would like to hang out in the kitchen, ratcheting and cooking together or just for a tea / beer / wine / coffee. What is important to me in a shared apartment is that everyone tidies up behind them so that everyone feels comfortable. And yes, communication and honestly does work most of the time I feel :).
Every two weeks there is also a housekeeper who cleans the basic things (floors, windows, surfaces, bathroom, etc.) and thus relieves us of the more complex things anyway, yay:)
