Hello dear apartment seekers,
The shared room is part of a beautifully renovated old apartment with high ceilings and parquet flooring. The room is partially furnished (closet, bed) and 14m2 in size. There is a modern daylight bathroom and a bright kitchen with a dishwasher, leading to a small but lovely balcony.
The location couldn´t be better: Isartor, Gärtnerplatz, and Viktualienmarkt are each just a 3-minute walk away, the Isar River is a 5-minute walk, and the English Garden can be reached by bike in just 5 minutes. There are several public transport connections: Reichenbachplatz tram stop (Tram 16) is a 1-minute walk away, Isartor (S-Bahn station) is 3 minutes away, and Marienplatz (U3, U6) and Fraunhoferstr. (U1, U2, U7) are also just a few minutes away. There are several restaurants, nice bars, and cafes nearby, as well as plenty of shopping options (Basic, Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann, dm).
A bit about myself: I'm Mia, 32, a psychologist, and I'm doing my doctorate at LMU. I am an open and communicative person. Since I work mostly from home, I am looking for a flatmate who doesn´t do home office and is out at work/lectures during the day. When it comes to shared living, it's essential to me that we maintain an uncomplicated, friendly, and respectful interaction. Cleanliness and mutual consideration should be, of course, a given.
