Es handelt sich um ein tolles Zimmer in der besten Lage im Münchener Glockenbachviertel
Da wir die WG aufgeben und ich bereits jetzt schon eine neue Wohnung gefunden habe, möchte ich das Zimmer für 2 oder 2,5 Monate untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne. Eine gemeinsame Küche, die bestens ausgestattet ist und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, welches ebenfalls ausgestattet ist.
Im Zimmer selbst bleiben die Schränke und die Vorhänge, welche benutzt werden können. Das Zimmer hat wunderschönes Echtholzparkett. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen.
Die Wohnung liegt keine 100m von der U-bahnstation Fraunhoferstraße entfernt. Bis zur Isar sind es circa 300m. Das Viertel ist sehr belebt, es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 31 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Das Zusammenleben mit ihr ist wunderbar.
