Ich ziehe nach 7 Jahren schweren Herzens aus meiner WG aus und Suche deshalb jemanden der mein Zimmer übernimmt. Die Lage könnte besser kaum sein :-) wir haben einen großen Balkon, Innenhof und nette Nachbarn. Da wir damals ein sehr hohe Ablöse für Küche und Möbel gezahlt haben hätte ich davon gerne vom Nachmieter einen Anteil.
