Bright, cozy room awaiting for a tenant!
The room is furnished with everything that you need. (desk, chair, bed, shelves, boxes, etc)
The apartment is large, it has a big dining room and a kitchen (I will fit a dishwasher so we won't have to do that).
All utilities are provided, we have laundry and drying machines in the basement.
There is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
It is mostly suitable for students in the campus, because of the very short walking distance, but I don't mind having anyone who likes it.
We have underground bike parking and a car parking spot (you can ask about this if you need to).
The apartment is on Lena-Christ-Straße, with buses 266 and 267 at a 3 minute walk.
Penny, REWE, Backerei, Apotheke are within 3 minutes on foot.
ALDI and AEZ are 10 minutes away on foot.
The forest is close, so the atmosphere is very clean and enjoyable. You can reach the subway by bike in 5 minutes or by foot in 12.
I am 26 year old, I'm a medical doctor and I am currently pursuing a PhD at LMU. Most of the time i'm not at home (I prefer walking, exploring the city or anything else). If we decide we want to have dinner together, I would be more than happy to cook for everyone or anything alike.
You should be approximately neat and keep your stuff together - I'm not gonna chase you to clean your stuff, that's up to you, but a minimum of taking care of the public stuff would be advisable.
