Hey ich vermiete mein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim. Es ist etwa 12qm groß, hat einen Fenster und Spiegel mit Waschbecken im Zimmer. Es ist möbliert, also bett, großer Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Stühle vorhanden.
Miete sind 550€. Kaution 250€ und gibt's wenn nix beschädigt wurde danach gleich zurück.
Ja wer Interesse hat kann mir gerne ein Nachricht schicken und vorbeischauen.

Das Zimmer ist gut beleuchtet. Der Balkon blickt auf den grünen Park der Fachhochschule München, zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Universität/Lothstraße) muss man nur das Haus verlassen und die Straße überqueren. Bus zum Odeonsplatz direkt vor der Tür und auch U-Bahn Stiglmaierplatz und Josephsplatz in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.

The room is well lit. The balcony overlooks the green park of the University of Applied Sciences Munich, to the streetcar station (University/Lothstraße) you only have to leave the house and cross the street. Bus to Odeonsplatz in front of the door and also subway Stiglmaierplatz and Josephsplatz in 5min walking distance.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1ten Stock, die Duschräume sind in Männer und Frauen aufgeteilt und haben Einzelduschkabinen, man teilt sich 3 Duschen mit 4 anderen Mädels/Jungs, kommt sich also selten in die Quere. Die Küche ist groß und einigermaßen sauber, es gibt für die Gemeinschaftsräume eine Putzfrau. Außerdem Waschen und Trocknen kann man im Keller für 50ct.

The room is on the 1st floor, the shower rooms are divided into men and women and have individual shower stalls, you share 3 showers with 4 other girls / guys, so rarely gets in each other's way. The kitchen is large and reasonably clean, there is a cleaning lady for the common areas. In addition, washing and drying can be done in the basement for 50ct.
