ich bin Luis (26), meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin zieht zum 31.10. aus, deshalb suche ich ab 1. November eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner/in für die 2er WG. Die Wohnung liegt in der Türkenstraße. Sie hat ca. 50 m^2, das Zimmer ca. 14 m^2, die Miete inkl. Nebenkosten, Internet, etc. kostet 680€ warm.
Zu mir:
Ich bin in einem Dorf nicht weit von München aufgewachsen. Ich arbeite als Entwicklungs-Ingenieur in der Automobilbranche und bin unter der Woche dort auch meistens im Office vor Ort. Am Wochenende bin ich gerne draußen unterwegs (Skifahren im Winter, baden im Sommer) oder mache Sport. Ganz grundsätzlich ist mir im Haushalt Sauberkeit schon relativ wichtig.
WG-Leben:
Die WG sollte keine Party-WG oder Zweck-WG sein. Mit meiner aktuellen Mitbewohnerin koche ich auch mal ganz gern am Abend oder wir sitzen uns auf ein Getränk in der Küche zusammen. Es ist auch kein Problem, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte.
