Das Zimmer ist groß (20 qm) und möbliert. Es ist ein Eckzimmer und hat daher recht hell. Die Wohnung wurde vor einigen Jahren renoviert. Von Geschirrspüler bis Waschmaschine haben wir alles da, und da kann natürlich auch alles mitbenutzt werden.
The room is 20 sqm and furnished. It is a corner room and has windows on two sides, so it is quite bright with daylight. The flat was renovated a few years ago. We have everything we need as far as appliances and utilities are concerned and you are of course welcome to use them.
Die Wohnung ist bestens gelegen zwischen den U-Bahnstationen Universität, Giselastraße und Josephsplatz gelegen und somit perfekt für Studierende der LMU/TUM oder der Kunstakademie geeignet. Zu Fuß erreichbar sind die U-Bahnen U2, U3, U6, U8 sowie viele Tram- und Busstationen. Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen Rewe und einen kleinen Edeka gleich um die Ecke. Des Weiteren gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants in der Gegend, die zum Entdecken einladen.
The flat is perfectly situated for students. LMU, TUM and the arts academy are all reachable by foot, as are the U2, U3, U6, U8 and many more bus and tram stations. In addition, there are many shops, bars, and restaurants in the vicinity, and there is extensive nightlife in the area.
Wir sind Johanna (24) und Jonathan (27). Johanna ist eine TA in einem Forschungslabor und Jonathan ist Promotionsstudent. Wir kennen uns von der Arbeit und entschieden, eine WG zu gründen. Nun verlässt uns unser Mitbewohner Alex leider, da sein Austauschsemester vorbei ist und wir suchen nach einem Nachfolger.
Johanna unterrichtet Tanz in ihrer Freizeit und Jonathan mag analoge Photographie und Musik. Wir suchen eine Person, die offen dafür wäre, nach der Arbeit mal etwas trinken zu gehen, ab und an gemeinsam zu essen oder für sonstige Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel Pingpong zu haben wäre. Gleichzeitig ist uns auch wichtig, dass man sich in der WG auch mal zurückziehen kann und nach einem langen Tag in Ruhe chillen.
We are Johanna (24) and Jonathan (27). Johanna is a technical assistant at a research lab and Jonathan is a PhD student. We are friends from work and would like to find a third person for our flatshare. Unfortunately, our flatmate Alex will leave after the end of his exchange program. So we are looking for a suitable successor.
In her free time, Johanna likes to teach dance and Jonathan does film photography and plays music. We would be interested in a person who would be open for a drink after work/studies, for sharing a meal or to do some activities in the evenings like ping pong, but who can also respect the other persons' privacy.
