Ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer. Die wunderschöne Wohnung liegt von der LMU 4min zu Fuß entfernt und ich habe in der WG mit Aylin (23 Jahre) und Felix (27 Jahre) alt bisher dort gewohnt. Beide sind sehr liebe und ruhige Menschen. Felix ist sehr ambitioniert in seinen Hobbies und im Sport. Er liest viel und meditiert am Morgen und geht danach ins Co-working Space. Aylin war wie eine kleine Schwester für mich. Sie macht eine Ausbildung zur Zahnarzthelferin und geht mindestens 3 mal die Woche zu Fitnesskursen. Sie kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um die ganzen Pflanzen in der Wohnung und für die schöne Einrichtung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Querstraße zur Türkenstraße ( Restaurants und Bars) und ist zu Fuß 5 min zur U-Bahn entfernt.

Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon. Mein jetztiges WG Zimmer ist ca. 13qm groß, sehr hell, möbiliert und kostet 850€.
