A spacious room in a beautiful apartment in the heart of the city is available from 10 November till the end of December.
Since you will move in from 10 November, the rent would be 700 Euros.
For the month of December it would be 1050 Euros.
Everything is included in this. The apartment is completely furnished with all the necessities and you can start living here straight away with just your suitcase.
U Bahn and S Bahn are a mere 2 minute walk. Aldi, dm are literally on the other side of the street. Main station can be reached in 8 minutes by s bahn or u bahn.
I (Wafi) will be subletting the flat for this duration as I’m travelling for work across germany.
You will have a wonderful flatmate Yoann (30) who is a french aerospace engineer.
We pay great attention to cleanliness. The neighbours are great people and we live with peace and harmony, so I’d expect the same from you.
